Limited Warranty Terms

Applies to: All Vision Beam projectors sold by VISION-ONLINE L.L.C.

1. Warranty Coverage

Each unit is backed by a 12-month limited warranty starting on the delivery date, protecting against material and workmanship defects when the product is used as intended.

Should a covered defect appear during those 12 months, you will receive a replacement unit.

2. What's Covered

The following situations fall under this warranty:

  • Electrical or mechanical breakdown resulting from a manufacturing fault.
  • Color problems (such as a pink or yellow tint) that appear under normal use and proper ventilation within the 12-month window.
  • Devices that fail to operate correctly even after correct setup and use.

3. What's Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to problems arising from:

  • Incorrect handling or not following the care guidelines.
  • Contact with excessive heat or humidity.
  • Operation in areas with poor airflow.
  • Ongoing use in commercial or non-household environments.
  • Harm from drops, accidents, or repairs done by unauthorized parties.
  • Color fading after 12 months, even when related to lens aging.

Lens discoloration (for example, a pink or yellow tint) noticed once the 12-month term has passed is treated as normal wear and is not covered by this warranty.

4. Replacement Process (Within 12 Months)

When you run into a covered problem:

  1. Reach out to our support team at vionbearbuds@gmail.com and include:

    • A clear description of the problem.
    • Sharp photos or video that show the issue.
    • Your order number.
  2. Our team will confirm the issue remotely.
  3. Once approved, a replacement unit is sent to you. Depending on the situation, extra steps such as returning the original unit may be requested.

5. After-Warranty Policy (Beyond 12 Months)

Once the 12-month term ends:

  • No replacement or repair is offered.
  • Problems tied to wear, heavy use, or the environment no longer qualify.
  • We recommend following the ventilation and care guidelines to get the longest possible life from the product.

6. Legal Disclaimer

This limited warranty grants you certain legal rights, and you may hold additional rights depending on the laws where you live. It covers only the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
