How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link and number.

You can also check the status right here using your order number plus email, or by entering your tracking number directly. You'll see the newest movements of your package, including where it is now and the estimated delivery date.

Why hasn't my tracking link updated yet?

It's perfectly normal for updates to take 24 to 72 hours to show up after your order ships. The parcel is already moving, it just hasn't hit the first scan point yet.

If there's still nothing after 5 business days, reach out to our support team and we'll double-check everything for you.

Tracking says "Delivered" but I got nothing, what now?

Carriers sometimes scan a package as delivered a little ahead of time.

Please take a look with your neighbors, in your mailbox, or at your local post office.

If it still hasn't turned up after 24 hours, write to us at vionbearbuds@gmail.com and we'll sort it out fast.

I typed my order number but nothing appears, why?

Make sure your email and order number match exactly what's in your confirmation email — the order number begins with a "#" (for example #12345).

If you ordered very recently, it may not be trackable just yet, so please try again in 24 to 48 hours.

How long until my order arrives?

Delivery time depends on the shipping option chosen at checkout. Check this tracking page for the estimated delivery date, which is the most reliable information.

Can I change my shipping address once the order has shipped?

Sorry, once your order is on its way we're unable to change the delivery address. Please review your details carefully before placing an order.
